Phalgunan Thekkethalakkal is a retired English teacher having teaching experience spanning more than 29 years in various educational institutions. He had also served as a district resource person in English for more than 16 years. He was one of the authors of 'Mukulam' resource handbook published by Kannur district Panchayath. He was also included in the on-site support team to promote quality-based education in the district. He had completed his graduation in English from Payyanur college and attended St.Thomas College, Thrissur to obtain his M A degree. He also completed another postgraduate degree in English from Madurai Kamaraj university. He earned his B.Ed degree from RIMSE, Mysore. Phalgunan started his career as a teacher in Bharath Vidya Bhavan private college, Payyanur. Later Worked in AVSGHSS Karivellur, and Mathil Ghss.
